We are seeking a talented and motivated Assistant Manager- Last mile who is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of the last mile delivery process, ensuring efficient, timely, and customer-centric delivery service. This role demands a proactive approach to managing delivery teams, optimizing routes, and liaising with various stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee daily last mile delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Monitor and manage delivery schedules, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and support delivery teams, providing guidance and addressing any operational challenges.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in the last mile delivery process to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse, inventory, and customer service teams to streamline operations.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective delivery management. Implement strategies to improve customer experience
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on delivery performance and operational metrics.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all delivery operations adhere to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or last mile delivery operations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
