This is not simply our job, it\'s our passion.About The RoleAtlantis Kids Club is expanding and looking for enthusiastic, proactive and passionate childcare professionals to join the team!As an Assistant Manager, Kids Club you will oversee the daily operation and organization of the Atlantis Kids Club and Nanny Services and ensuring all activities and programs are adhered to as per resort standards. You will monitor the team\'s compliance with health & safety procedures as well as identify and deliver necessary training in line with departmental needs.Responsibilities of the Assistant Manager include:
having full training in emergency procedures, child first aid, handling various children incidents/behaviors and being able to conduct training refreshers for the team on those skills
overseeing the nanny service schedule and supervise the children check in standards, volume and targets
Assist in preparing Atlantis Kids Club daily and weekly activities, schedules, and packages
being in charge of the team schedule and producing detailed reports as requested by the leadership
delivering various administrative duties to support the smooth operations of the department
playing an active role in recruitment
overseeing and ensuring all team members uphold the highest standards of professionalism and guest relations
having thorough knowledge of all children friendly areas and activities around the resort and the water park in order to assist with any requests
monitoring department expenses in line with the approved budget
About YouIdeally, you will have a bachelor\'s degree in Recreation Administration, Early Education/Primary Care, Sports Management, Leisure Education, Hospitality, or another related field with a minimum of 2 years\' experience in a similar position within a complex hospitality facility. Person in this role has to be fully trained in caring for children of ages 4-12 ensuring that they are attended to in a correct manner, as well as in handling various children\'s incidents and behaviors. You will contribute to expanding the entertainment programs, be mindful of activities diversity and feel comfortable sharing new creative ideas.
