We are dedicated to driving financial excellence, providing strategic insights, and ensuring effective financial governance. Through robust financial planning, forecasting, and operational efficiency, we empower the business to achieve its goals while adhering to the highest standards of accountability and compliance.As an Assistant Manager some of your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing financial accounting and reporting activities, ensuring best practices for IFRS, local regulations, and ICV reporting are implemented effectively
Ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements, including accurate revenue recognition in line with the firm's policy
Contributing to finance projects by providing expertise and support on project management, RFPs, and proposals, particularly in relation to VAT and WHT implications
Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, cash collections, and appropriate cash allocation to debts
Providing insights on working capital and financial performance, comparing the UAE P&L with the global project view
Leading, mentoring, and developing the local finance team to ensure skills and service standards are maintained, even during absences
Delivering training on invoicing best practices for the finance team, covering the entire process from job opening to invoice collection
Providing WC management raining for project teams and new hires, ensuring key considerations are understood
Conducting profitability reviews, utilizing a deep understanding of financial accounts to maximize profitability
Participating in ad hoc projects related to service lines, industry, or country-specific analyses
Actively Contributing to strategic initiatives such as cost optimization, localization, and new market entries

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
7+ years of experience in Big 4 and/or management accounting within a global organization in the Middle East
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and modern accounting software (Microsoft D365, SAP/Oracle)
Strong written and spoken English. Arabic speaking is advantageous
