The Job holder will be responsible for organizing and monitoring shipments, customs clearance, and vendor payment. Providing end to end visibility from order to receiving.DO - Key Responsibilities- Managing Import, Export, Cross Trade, and local Logistics Co-ordinations.
- GCC ports customs documentation, Regulations and customs clearing process.
- Mainland, JAFZA Customs Documentations and Regulations.
- Dubai Trade portal E-Mirsal II etc.
- Letter of Credit (Trade Finances) opening and collection of documents.
- COO processing and Cargo insurance Claims.
- Managing Pre shipment process, carrier nomination and coordination.
- Monitor pending order follow up. Collaborating with Buying and Planning department for handling default shipments.
- Routing of shipments, nominating service providers to maximize economy with best transit time.
- Provide visibility on each stage of shipments.
- INCOTERMS 2010 and HS CODES
- Prepare and publish supply chain MIS reports like lead time analysis, order status report, optimization of freight.
- Coordinate, assign, monitor and review the work of individuals engaged in Imports related duties.Requirements: Must Have:- 5 years\' experience in supply chain - import and export process.
- Bachelor\'s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field.
