Job Description

JOB PURPOSE: Responsible to ensure the day-to-day HR Operations QUALIFICATION: Bachelors in Business Administration or Human Resources or IT EXPERIENCE: 10 years RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS):
  • Provide support in ensuring that INTERTEC's current remuneration policies, systems and procedures are administered efficiently and effectively in line with the Company's remuneration strategy of attracting, recruiting, retaining and rewarding the best people by implementing a well-controlled, balanced and yet competitive compensation packages.
  • Interpret and administer the Company's Employee Relations' policies and procedures in order to maintain positive employee relations.
  • Assist in handling terminations and initiate requisite documentation of all employees, ensuring repatriation arrangements are made in conjunction with other sections of the Human Resources Department.
  • When required, conduct disciplinary and grievance investigations and meetings and propose recommendations or report findings for appropriate actions.
  • Document all HR policies as well as the procedural steps necessary to ensure their compliance in a consistent manner in accordance with the requirements of ISO requirements.
  • Ensure all issued HR policies and procedures remain current by keeping abreast not only of HR policy changes but general company-wide policy/procedural changes in case they have a knock-on effect on HR policy/procedure.
  • Prepare the draft of General Notices and HR Policy Revision notices for approval so that key announcements are effectively disseminated in a controlled and uniform manner.
  • Maintain the HR policy manual and other HR information related document in a user-friendly format and make it accessible to appropriate employees when required in order to convey effectively the overall and/or specific information of the Company's HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the in advising senior management of current and future human resources issues and challenges that could critically affect INTERTEC's strategic objectives and recommend approaches and improvements to meet these challenges.
  • Administer the basic routine but essential activities of administering leave and education benefits which have been computerized in the HR system.
