Process payroll for 1000+ employees using Oracle HCM & EBS.
Maintain comprehensive employee database using Oracle HCM.
Performance, Talent Management:
Facilitate the performance management cycle which includes expectation / objective setting.
Communications, annual and quarterly reviews, normalization, and finalization of the business performance bell curve.
Finalize performance incentives and progression based on performance.
HR Analytics:
Develop comprehensive HR Dashboards with MS Excel and Microsoft Power BI.
Provide management support to the HR function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced/predictive analytics (People Cost, HC ratios, Turnover & absenteeism trends etc.)
Qualifications:
MBA in HR (Preferred) / Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
5 to 8 years experience in HR Operations
Extensive experience with HR Analytics
Experience using Power BI to create Dashboards
Excellent MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
