City Doctor Home Healthcare LLC, one of Dubai's fastest-growing home healthcare organizations, is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly skilled Assistant Manager HR (Female Only) to join our team. This role encompasses all key functions of the HR Department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
? Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through strategic networking and social media engagement.
Conduct pre-screening and final interviews across all organizational levels.
? HR Operations:
Develop and maintain job descriptions, advertisements, and postings across platforms.
Ensure employee data is accurately recorded and maintained in the HRMS system and physical files.
Oversee the induction and onboarding process for new hires.
? Employee Relations:
Provide expert HR advice to employees and management.
Effectively implement and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across the organization.
Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and provide actionable insights.
? Compensation & Benefits:
Manage payroll processes and oversee employee compensation and benefits.
? Reporting & Compliance:
Develop and deliver timely HR-related reports as required by management.
Stay up to date with UAE Labor Law and ensure compliance across HR practices.
? Culture & Administration:
Foster a positive, engaging, and productive work environment.
Manage various administrative tasks to support the overall HR function.
? Requirements:
2-3 years of HR and recruitment experience within the Medical/Healthcare industry in the UAE.
Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and HR compliance requirements.
Exceptional communication skills in English (written and oral).
Proven ability to work independently and manage diverse teams.
Expertise in creating and executing successful recruitment campaigns.
