Job Description

As an Assistant/ Manager, HR, you will report to the Operations Manager and are responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations including talent acquisition, talent management and employee development. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize HR processes, drive employee engagement, and ensure a high-performance workforce.

Roles and Responsibilities



Oversee daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, payroll, benefits and time offs, ensuring adherence to company policies and UAE labour laws Manage end to end talent acquisition process, ensuring alignment with business needs Drive performance management, facilitate goal setting, feedback sessions and appraisals Maintain HR Information System (HRIS) - Workday and UAE payroll ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records for reporting and providing insights and recommendations to the Management Identify and implement process improvements in HR operations, streamline workflows, and automate tasks to increase efficiency and reduce manual interventions Provide support and guidance to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and their entitlements, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner Collaborate with Group HR teams on any related employment matters, company-wide benefits programs, compensation strategy and other HR related matters

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field 7 years of experience in HR operations or employee services, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role Strong understanding of HR processes, including employee lifecycle management, benefits administration, and HR policy implementation Experience in managing and optimizing HR Information Systems (HRIS), particularly Workday, for data management and reporting In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and best practices in HR compliance Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements, leveraging technology and automation tools where applicable
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
