Summary:

We are seeking a Finance Manager with a strong background in real estate finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, with a proven track record of success in managing financial operations, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and developing financial strategies. The candidate will also have a deep understanding of real estate accounting principles and practices.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing cash flow, and forecasting financial performance.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's business objectives.
• Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns.
• Manage the company's internal controls and risk management processes.
• Provide financial reporting and analysis to senior management.
• Supervise and mentor a team of financial analysts.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in accounting standards and real estate regulations.

Qualifications:

• ACCA Qualified or CA with Article ship
• 6 - 10 years of experience in a financial management role, with a focus on real estate finance.
• Proven track record of success in managing financial operations, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and developing financial strategies.
• Deep understanding of real estate accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
