Working closely with the Manager of Internal Communications and Engagement, you will use your writing skills and natural creative flair to effectively develop key messages and internal communication campaigns for Atlantis Dubai, which includes Atlantis, The Royal, Atlantis, The Palm, and Aquaventure.We are looking for someone who can connect with the hearts and minds of colleagues through a variety of communication channels from digital, print and via social media. Working with a diverse, multi-generational workforce you will play a key role in delivering an extraordinary colleague experience through creative and innovative colleague engagement campaigns and initiatives that ultimately aim to inspire and motivate our colleagues.About YouThe successful Assistant Manager, Employee Marketing candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years\' experience in a similar role, within a 5* hotel/resort, and have a relevant experience in internal communications and employee engagement and a Bachelor\'s degree.Proven track record in developing and executing internal communication strategies and supporting teams fostering employee engagement. Excellent written verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
