- Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for Emirates development in collaboration with HRBPs and
relevant stakeholders.
- Design and implement career development plans and pathways for Emirates employees.
- Track and report on the progress and outcomes of Emirates development initiatives.
- Stay updated on best practices and trends in Emirates talent development and diversity and inclusion.
- Design, coordinate, and facilitate onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition and integration of Emirates into the
organization.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of Emirates employees.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to Emirates employees to support their career development and progression.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with external organizations and institutions to promote Emirates talent development
initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Emirates development programs and initiatives, making recommendations for
continuous improvement.
