Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Manager - Admissions for Undergrad Programs to join our team. The successful candidate will lead a team of two admissions counselors and play a pivotal role in driving undergraduate admissions. This role involves visiting schools, meeting with principals, participating in educational events, and more to promote our programs and attract prospective students. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of two admissions counselors, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
Develop and execute strategies to increase undergraduate student enrollment.
Visit schools and meet with principals to establish and maintain relationships and promote ATMS undergraduate programs.
Participate in educational events, fairs, and other relevant activities to represent and promote the university.
Organize and conduct presentations, workshops, and information sessions for prospective students and their families.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Proven experience in b2b sales, preferably within the education sector.
Strong network within the international student recruitment industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Addional requirement : UAE Driving Licence and Car required. Salary : AED 5,000 -6,000 Per month. Job Type: Full-time
