Responsible for Weekly cash on delivery amount reconciliation and remittance
Responsible for Weekly service order summary and cross verification between operations team and client
Chasing on outstanding payment and coordinating with credit control team to close DSO as per the target
Assisting and training on the delivery system portal to the external client
Assisting and coordinating between client and delivery system portal to resolve any system related issues
Responsible for all PQR and PR related tasks
Coordinating with TG ICT, helpdesk and info security to ensure all portals are functional
Raising ICT ticket for any operational / admin requirement and PR based on the operations requirement
Analytics & Reporting
Responsible for the preparations of the monthly report on daily/weekly briefings with the site team
Reporting any health & safety related incident / accident as per the BU and Group procedure and policy
Responsible of provision and summarizing details for MPR, Control Rooms, CCM Logs, Balance Scorecards and all other TG reporting tools working with the operations and senior manager
Collating and review of daily service order summary and provide trend analysis to operations and senior manager
Recording and summarizing quarterly Emirates Post audit sheet
Month end service summary closing and coordination with client for LPO
Relationships
Assisting and supporting Fleet manager on record and reporting
Weekly catch up with system suppliers operations team and closing out all concerns / issues
Coordinating with procurement, transport and finance on PR generation and approval
Coordinating with HR administrator and payroll for all oracle and perfect form related
Operational Excellence
Display a continuous improvement attitude focusing on maximum efficiency and utilization
Drive a lean culture within the team, focused on operational excellence and business performance
Ensure direct reports are focused on value added activity, working towards achieving the goals on the balanced score cards
Adhere to TG operating policies for activity, ensure responsibilities, deliverables and activities are operating in compliance with all standard operating procedures
Gathering market and competitor information and intelligence
Actively hunting new business opportunity and promoting TGD brand
Team Management
Training of how to use delivery system to the new joiners and recurrent training every 6 month to the existing staff
Carry out Weekly huddles at the start of shift to ensure key messages are communicated
Provide effective guidance and coaching for development of the Courier team

3-5 years of experience in the Transport/Logistics industry, including 1-2 years in a management role
