Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and minimize discrepancies.
Implement and maintain warehouse organization to optimize space and accessibility.
Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
Lead independent project streams from design to value capture

Identify process bottlenecks, implement solutions for process improvements
Work with internal and external stakeholders like IT, Operations, Finance, Planning, Projects team and vendors to determine and implement Supply Chain KPIs/Projects
Perform Opex & Capex budgeting for the DC operations
Conduct frequent audits to ensure process, guidelines and health, safety and environment standards compliance.

Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high productivity.
Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
Logistics & Distribution:
Coordinate deliveries and shipments to ensure timely and accurate order dispatch.
Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and logistics teams to optimize transportation costs.
Resolve any issues related to damaged goods, delays, or inventory shortages.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and company policies.
Conduct routine inspections and implement necessary improvements in warehouse safety.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment maintenance, and staff schedules.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and analytics tools to track performance.
Generate reports on productivity, costs, and operational efficiency.
Interpret data trends to make informed decisions on staffing, inventory, and logistics.
Performance Metrics & KPI Analysis
Monitor key warehouse KPIs such as:
Order fulfillment accuracy
Picking and packing efficiency
Warehouse capacity utilization
Labor productivity and overtime costs
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 12 years in warehouse management, preferably in the furniture industry.
Full-Time Graduate - Engineering
Full-Time Post - Graduate - MBA from a reputed B School (Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations)
Age - Between 35-40 years
Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and team building skills

Strong decision-making skills and ability to thrive under pressure
Must: MS Office, Advanced Excel, proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) like SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Associates and inventory software.
Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI or Tableau for visual analytics.
