Assistant Manager Corporate Sales - Hospitality/Leisure1. Membership lead generation and closing deals. 2. Managing sales deals, process and achieving sales targets. 3. Identifying key initiatives and overseeing strategic planning, implementation and evaluation, including commercial B2B opportunities across target industries and organizations. 4. Coordinate with the marketing team for the development of promotional and sales material, and product related communication. 5. Developing and adapting new or existing systems and processes for monitoring and evaluating initiatives. 6. Sourcing new corporate and channel partnerships with an objective to increase the sales. 7. To ensure that the agreed budgeted targets are achieved or bettered. 8. To ensure a prompt, courteous response and follow up to all inquiries. 9. To ensure that the accounting department receive accurate information to be able to correctly invoice customers. 11. To develop new business opportunities through events and activations within the venues 12. To respond to customer queries or complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring that mutually agreeable solutions are reached at the earliest convenient time.
