You will ensure that all banquet details, including decorations, layout, cleanliness and services are properly set up and follow our standards, policies and procedures. In return, we will make sure you have the right support with the right training and leadership along the way. You will attend both external and internal training courses, developing your skills and fine-tuning your food and beverage acumen.About The RoleIdeally, we'd like you to have a minimum 2 years of relevant in a luxury hotel or other experience related to this field. A solid understanding of business acumen and potential revenue generation is essential in this role.
