Job Responsibilities:
Client Deliverables Execution: Execute and ensure the timely completion of clients' financial deliverables, maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
Team Coordination and Review: Coordinate with the accounting team to distribute tasks effectively, monitor progress, and review completed deliverables for compliance with client expectations and company standards.
Client Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring proactive communication, understanding of client needs, and timely resolution of any issues that arise.
Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Key Requirements:
Qualifications (ACCA / CMA / CA - part qualified) 3-5 years experience with the relevant consulting company experience.
Candidate must be immediately and locally available in Dubai
Must have advanced Excel skills.
Hands on experience in accounting softwares: Zoho Books is a plus.
Relevant experience in managing the portfolio of 30+ accounting clients along the accounting team
