The Role

Our client, a leading specialist construction fit-out company in Ras Al Khaimah, is seeking an Assistant Logistics Coordinator to help manage logistics and material movement for a prestigious project. Key Responsibilities: o Help plan, coordinate, and oversee the transportation and delivery of materials to project sites. o Manage inventory levels, ensuring timely procurement and efficient storage of materials. o Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and site teams to prevent delays. o Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory movements. o Assist in resolving logistical issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency.



Requirements

Requirements:

o 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination within the construction or fit-out industry. o Strong understanding of supply chain management, shipping, and customs regulations in the UAE. o Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. o Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently. o Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office. o UAE driving license is an advantage.
