N Position Type Non-ManagementPOSITION SUMMARYThe role involves designing, developing, and producing a variety of training materials, including facilitator and participant workbooks, manuals, brochures, job aids, and posters. The position is responsible for preparing and setting up training classes, ensuring all necessary materials are available, and managing the breakdown of sessions. In addition to creating interactive training formats, the role requires conducting in-person training sessions for employee groups.The position also plays a crucial role in monitoring and ensuring that all departments are consistently conducting safety training and orientation. By assisting in the development and implementation of effective training programs, the position helps to achieve the desired business results. Training programs span a range of topics, including product knowledge, company philosophy, customer service, and leadership skills.The role also involves conducting needs assessments, designing and developing both custom and corporate training programs, and measuring the effectiveness of these programs to ensure a positive return on investment.Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
