We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Key Account Manager to join our client's growing team. As an Assistant Key Account Manager, you will assist in identifying sales opportunities, preparing client presentations, and ensuring timely product delivery. You will coordinate between clients and internal teams, monitor account performance, and help resolve any client issues. Additionally, you will assist with administrative tasks such as managing client records, scheduling meetings, and supporting contract renewals.Responsibilities / Basic Job Profile1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.2. Sales and Marketing Support: Assist in implementing sales strategies and marketing campaigns.3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align business goals.4. Market Research and Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.5. Collection Responsibilities: Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.6. Customer Visits and Coordination: Visit clients and coordinate orders to ensure satisfaction.8. Contract Negotiation and Fulfillment: Negotiate contracts and ensure fulfillment of terms.9. 4 - 5 years minimum experience as an Assistant Key Account Manager, preferably within the agriculture or food production industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field (preferred).
