Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of exciting projects that transform spaces and enhance the lives of our clients. You'll work closely with our lead designer, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of the design process--from initial concept development to final execution.

As an Assistant Interior Designer, you will support our lead designers in all phases of design projects, from concept development to final execution. You will also play a key role in managing our social media platforms, helping to showcase our work and engage with our audience. Your ability to create both 2D and 3D interior drawings will be essential in bringing our design concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of design concepts and presentations.
• Create 2D and 3D interior drawings, including mood boards, floor plans, and renderings using design software.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure project success.
• Conduct research on materials, furnishings, and trends in interior design.
• Manage and curate content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.).
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and grow our online presence.
• Assist in organizing design samples and materials for client meetings.
• Stay updated on industry trends and social media best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
• A keen eye for design, detail, and aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
