The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a similar industry, and will be responsible for overseeing HR compliance, compensation & benefits, policies & procedures, and strategic HR functions.
HR Compliance & Policies: Ensure company policies and procedures comply with UAE Labour Law and industry standards.
Compensation & Benefits: Develop and implement grading structures, salary frameworks, and benefits programs.
Strategic HR Management: Contribute to HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development.
Multi-Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
HR Processes & Technology: Implement and oversee HR systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, handle grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Labour Law Compliance: Ensure adherence to all UAE labour laws and regulations.
