Maks Investments is seeking a strategic and results-driven HR Administrator to lead our HR initiatives in alignment with organizational goals and efficiency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing HR strategies that promote employee engagement, optimize performance, and support financial objectives. This position requires a confident leader capable of addressing challenges and discussing project efficiency and profitability with management to drive profitability.
Key Responsibilities
• Advise management on HR-related decisions that shape business outcomes and develop HR strategies to support organizational profitability.
• Devise and deliver a planned Recruitment approach to attract, and recruit the right people with the right skills.
• Determine, Plan and Forecast manpower requirements both White & Blue Collar for Project Requirements
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit for open positions.
• Create and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent and ensure comprehensive onboarding aligned with company goals and culture.
• Address employee concerns directly, fostering a culture of openness and responsibility while resolving conflicts and promoting a high-performance culture through appraisal and feedback systems.
• Collaborate with management to set performance goals and manage competitive pay structures to attract and retain top talent within budget.
• Optimize benefits utilization and identify skill gaps to design training programs that enhance employee capabilities and support leadership development initiatives.
• Develop and enforce HR policies that promote accountability, ensure compliance with labor laws, and proactively update practices in response to changing regulations.
• Conduct employee surveys to gauge satisfaction, engagement, and morale, implementing structured feedback loops to address issues and improve overall engagement.
• Lead change management efforts to build a proactive, resilient organization.
• Assess project profitability for audit and technology engagements by analyzing timesheets in collaboration with project managers to ensure each project meets financial objectives.
• Design and manage employee recognition programs to reward high performance, loyalty, and contributions.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or HR certification preferred).
• 5+ years of HR experience, with a proven track record of influencing decision-making at all organizational levels.
• Strong understanding of financial metrics and their impact on HR strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
