About the Role:

As a Assistant HR Manager at Deluxe Holiday Homes, you will play a crucial role performing generalist HR-related duties on a professional level. You will be working closely with senior management in supporting designated geographic regions. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action, and employment law compliance.

Responsibilities:



• Manage the employment life-cycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective resolution.
• Address employee concerns, manage conflict resolution, and foster a positive work environment to ensure employee satisfaction and engagement.
• Conduct comprehensive exit interviews, analyze feedback, and implement improvements for continuous organizational enhancement.
• Administer and oversee employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, ensuring optimal utilization and employee satisfaction.
• Assist with accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring compliance with compensation policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations, staying updated with legal requirements to mitigate risks.
• Maintain current knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements, integrating them into daily operations and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and legal standards.
• Support the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions, to promote employee development.
• Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and effective employee management techniques.
• Identify training needs, design, and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Support career development initiatives and succession planning to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Prepare detailed HR reports and analytics to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ideally with relevant HR certifications (CIPD/SHRM).
• 3-5 years of UAE experience in HR roles in hospitality or startups.
• Applied & demonstrated knowledge of HR processes, and best practices.
• Familiarity with UAE labor laws and related procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and other related software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
