Our client is a large telecommunications infrastructure provider.They are looking for an Assistant HR & Admin in Dubai.Key Responsibilities:
First point of contact for employees and visitors.
Provide administrative support to senior management, including travel arrangements and expense reporting.
Prepare and keep employee data and documents confidential.
Submit and ensure the processing of all types of applications and paperwork to the local government bodies, including visit visas, employment or residence visas, trade licenses etc. for employees and dependents.
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office such as
filing, typing, copying, scanning. * Makes travel arrangements for employees staff such as booking flights, cars, andhotel. * Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenancerequirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques. * Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level,anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. * Provide work tools, phone, door / parking access, workstations, and internetconnection to new employees. * Manage and track employees leave and time-off.
Manage expenses and Petty Cash in line with Associate Director, Human Resources
and Administration. * Track employee benefits (Annual flights, school, etc.)
Supporting the recruitment team with IFRS assessments.
Performs other duties as required.
Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience (essential)
