New Look Haute Couture is a premier women's fashion boutique located in Al Aali Mall. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and providing the latest in haute couture fashion to our clientele. : We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Assistant General Manager to oversee and support the operational and sales functions of our boutique. This position is integral to ensuring the store operates efficiently, meets sales targets, and provides an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Oversight: Assist the General Manager in managing day-to-day operations of the boutique, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Supervise and coordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours. Monitor shop inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of merchandise. 2. Sales and Customer Service: Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets. Ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service, addressing customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly. 3. Team Leadership and Development: Train, mentor, and motivate the retail team to achieve individual and collective performance goals. Conduct regular staff performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for development. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. 4. Visual Merchandising and Brand Representation: Maintain high standards of store presentation and ensure displays align with the brand's image. Stay updated on fashion trends and incorporate them into merchandising strategies. 5. Financial and Administrative Duties: Assist in preparing sales reports and analyzing performance metrics to identify growth opportunities. Oversee daily cash handling and reconciliation to ensure accuracy. Support the General Manager in budget planning and cost control initiatives. 6. Compliance and Safety: Ensure the store adheres to company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations. Handle operational challenges effectively to minimize disruptions. Requirements: Experience: Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry. A minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role. Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with staff and customers. Proficiency in retail point-of-sale systems and basic financial reporting. Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of retail operations and sales principles. Knowledge of current fashion trends and customer preferences. Availability: Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
