Job Description

Assistant F&B Manager oversee the properties Food and Beverage service standards ensuring that the highest quality of service is provided at all times in a timely, effective and highly courteous manner.Introduce and implement effective training plan for all service staff to increase quality of service provided promoting excellence and consistency.Regular on Job and formal training sessions for all Food and Beverage and Kitchen staff, sessions shall include but not be limited to guest services, hygiene and food safety, safe working practices and related topics as per standard SOP,s.Evaluate and recommend staff training needs for both quality enhancement and staff enrichment.Liaise with Quality Control Team to ensure all back of house and service areas in the properties fully comply with all regulatory requirements for UAE authorities in respect to HACCP & OHSAS, and any related legislation.Liaise with Food and Beverage Manager, Operations Managers, and Property Manager on ideas for up-grading the F&B service to enhance Clients experience.Assist in the hiring and recommendation of new staff, prepare and evaluate performance periodical and annul appraisals making recommendation for promotions increment, bonuses etc.ensuring the freshness and seasonally varieties are used to the maximum.Ensure all departmental staff are smartly presented at all times and that they comply with the companys personal appearance and uniform standards.Liaise with Kitchen team to maintain effective operational equipment inventories in all properties. And ensure breakage control records are in place. Same shall be investigated and recorded.Liaise with Executive Chef and Procurements to ensure that only the best quality and freshest ingredients are purchased and used at all times.Liaise and support Event coordinator for all special events and regular event to ensure Clients satisfaction at all times.To ensure maintain and update technical knowledge in relation to UAE requirements / HACCP / OHSAS standardsEnsure that the standards required by Management are maintained in all aspects of the F&B operation as per department SOP,s .and operational bench marksEducation/ Qualification : Degree in hospitality or an appropriate combination of education and experience.Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience working with large and highProfile household or in a luxury 5-star restaurant.At Yosh Hospitality, our recruitment department stands as a beacon of excellence in sourcing top-tier talent for the luxury hospitality sector and beyond.
