Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
5 years Experience as a Assistant FM Manager
Technical Knowledge
• Understanding of Building Systems :
• HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)
• Electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, backup systems)
• Plumbing and water management
• Fire safety systems (alarms, sprinklers, emergency exits)
• Security systems (CCTV, access control)
• Energy management systems (EMS) or Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Regulations and Compliance :
• Familiarity with local and international building codes.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental standards, and fire codes.
• Software Skills :
• CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for maintenance scheduling.
• AutoCAD for technical drawings and layout understanding.
• Energy monitoring tools or project management software.
• Ability to work on-site, which may involve physical tasks like inspections /repairs.
• Flexibility for on-call duties during weekends, holidays, or emergencies.
• Valid driver's license (often preferred for off-site or multi-location responsibilities).
