Job Description

The Role

Job Objective: o To assist Senior Finance Manager in the core financial accounting and management reporting function. Tax compliance, reporting and strategy. o To carry out feasibility study, market research and other financial analyses. o To coordinate with Subsidiaries for monthly financial closing. Key Responsibilities: o To coordinate with all concerned and prepare the Monthly accounts with schedules and carry out periodic update and follow up. o To coordinate with Subsidiaries (ICH & Others) and prepare consolidated trial balance, P&L, cash Flow and Balance sheet in coordination with SFM and ensure accounts closing time table is followed. o To coordinate with respective departments and prepare the best achievable forecast for the period. o To attend to External & Internal audit requirements and review the accounting policies and procedures and suggest updating in line with IFRS and business requirement. o To assist in Microsoft dynamics AX issues / ERP Implementation, coordinate with IT in associated tasks. o Other adhoc reporting & presentation for the management. o Perform other tasks that are closely related to the position, as assigned by Line Manager/HOD. o Ensure compliance with the company's policies, rules and procedures related to Health, Safety and Environmental Management.



Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or business studies. o CA/CPA or equivalent. o Master's Degree in Business Management/Administration is highly desirable. Experience: o IFRS & UAE VAT/CIT technical knowledge. o With 5 Years of Experience in the Real Estate/Construction industry/Reputed Audit Firms. o Working experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX & Report preparation skill. Experience in feasibility studies, financial modelling & analysis are desirable.
