About the role
The Assistant, Employee Relations, is responsible for managing the end-to-end administration process for the employee relations department, including filing, uploading all employee documents into SAP in a timely manner, and supporting the Assistant Manager and Manager, Employee Relations, in minutes of meetings of HR investigations, disciplinary hearings and focus groups, in addition to providing administrative support to the whole Employee Relations team.
You will also be the owner of the ER tracker and updating disciplinary, grievances, appeals, focus groups, eligibility, and updating and recording all relationship disclosure forms and highlighting the ones with conflict of interest. You will be reviewing daily accommodation/security reports to identify cases where disciplinary action may be required and assigning them to the ER team.
About you
The successful Assistant, Employee Relations, will have a minimum of 6 months\' experience in HR, or employee relations, preferably within a 5 hotel/resort, and have a relevant bachelor's degree, or studying towards your CIPD qualification.
You will also have strong administrative skills, and be experienced with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel in particular. You will also be personable, friendly, tentative, and empathetic to our employees needs, and be professional and well groomed, as well as being able to handle sensitive confidential matters.
