Assistant Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee brand marketing activities for Emirates Park Zoo, Emirates Park Resort, Al Dar Restaurant, and Al Dar Catering in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
• Create and manage social media content and advertisements for Emirates Park Zoo & Resort, ensuring consistency across platforms (Meta & Ads Manager, YouTube, Google Ads).
• Implement digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns to drive traffic and engagement.
• Coordinate influencer activities, from invitation and agreement confirmation to itinerary planning and payment processing.
• Manage LinkedIn posts for Emirates Park Zoo & Resort, coordinating content and scheduling with the Marketing Manager.
• Develop and manage monthly content plans for Emirates Park Zoo & Resort, including social media posts, carousels, reels, and stories.
• Coordinate with Education, Zoological teams, and Marketing Manager, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
• Schedule and coordinate monthly photo and video shoots, liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and adherence to timelines.
• Prepare scripts for educational and promotional reels, collaborating with Education and Marketing Managers, and oversee shoot logistics.
• Plan and confirm monthly calendars for Al Dar Restaurant and Al Dar Catering, including offers and Arabic translations.
• Collect, compare, and submit supplier quotes for various marketing initiatives, events, and media advertisements.
• Monitor competitors' social media activities and conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Address customer inquiries and issues on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp), ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Assist with lead management and VIP guest communication via WhatsApp groups and individual chats.
• Attend and contribute to cross-functional team meetings to align marketing activities with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (6 years) in brand marketing, digital marketing, social media management, or related roles in UAE
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in digital marketing techniques including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and independently when necessary.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, or entertainment industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, social media analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms preferred.
