• Assistant Cost Controller
• Receiver
We are looking for a assistant controller and receiver, minimum 1 -2 years experience F&B filed,
• Prepare cogs and flash report.
• Responsible for creating recipe, maintain menu pricing and consumption
• Update and maintain receipts in the systems
• Check and cross-verify if all sales have been integrated completely
• Monitor daily inventory issuance.
• Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage, and efficiency.
• Familiar with the accounting system and Excel formula.
• Assist with audits and other tasks related to finance.
• Enter the wastages
• Write off records
• Maintain the transfers
• Post the invoices
Immediate joiners only
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,800.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
