We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Arabic-speaking Assistant Consultant with a strong background in Human Resources (HR) and Accounting . The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in consultancy services, providing guidance and support to clients.
• Manage HR-related tasks including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and performance management.
• Support the accounting team with financial reporting, budgeting, and maintaining accurate records.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions in both Arabic and English.
• Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations for clients.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies.
• Handle administrative tasks related to HR and accounting processes.
Requirements:
• Fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken) and English (fluent in speaking and writing).
• Proven experience in Human Resources and Accounting or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Accounting , Business Administration , or a related field.
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
