We will count on you to: Analyse risks and provide solutions for client\'s needs.
Respond to client day to day queries and concerns, resolving issues promptly to develop strong client relationships.
Proactively liaise with colleagues around the globe to deliver and service clients insurance needs for their global policies.
Assemble and deliver renewal strategies for client\'s co-ordinating with the wider Energy and Power team.
Demonstrate awareness of market conditions to provide informed advice to clients including conducting market negotiations.
Driving team initiatives and business development in the MENA region.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and insurance/reinsurance markets to efficiently communicate client demands and requests internally.
Reviewing and improving contract documents and overall terms and conditions continually.
Assessing and explaining to clients the terms and conditions of the insurance cover and claims handling process.
Working on and delivering presentations and tender reports for clients and prospects.
Responsibilities extended to be part of the service team to complete pre and post placement administration and technical support as required by Marsh directives.

Process and manage accounts swiftly, accurately and adhering to company contract certainty and compliance and best practice requirements.
Action any remedial works as directed and agree with and by the Quality Assurance / processing team.
Support the achievement of high levels of client satisfaction through effective account administration support to Client Executives and Brokers.
Interface between Dubai Energy and overseas Marsh offices as required.
Respond to request of Client Executives for Market Reform Contract / wordings/ endorsements.
Review Market Reform Contracts (slips) upon completion and during placement process, checking any amendment with respective broker/ markets.
Liaise with teams in Dubai, United Kingdom, India and elsewhere to ensure invoice issued and payment received from client and settled to the market, ensuring payments are made within the agreed terms of credit for each placement.
What you need to have:
Insurance background required.
Discipline to proactively manage multiple workstreams and stay on top of heavy email traffic.
Ability to consistently up with multiple stakeholders.
High degree of ownership with respect to completion of workstreams.
Solid and proven experience of supporting or handling a portfolio of corporate client accounts.
Strong communication (oral and written) and influencing skills, adapting approach as appropriate.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Provide the highest level of quality in all aspects of work performance and client service.
Deliver high level of client & customer service on all aspects.
Drive and self-motivation to pro-actively seek out and act on opportunities and take on increased responsibilities.
Willingness to maintain effective working relations with colleagues, external clients and broader industry market segments.
Confident to work on own initiative as well as part of a dynamic, diverse and international fast-paced team.

Strong computer skills including demonstrable proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint essential, plus adaptable to work on Marsh systems (training will be provided).
College Graduate - Bachelors degree (minimum).
