Job Description

Overview: As an Assistant Civil Engineer at Royal Construct Technical Services Co. L.L.C., you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic team, supporting the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects across the UAE. You will work closely with senior engineers and project managers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of projects, including site visit, work permits, project scheduling etc.
• Estimation and Quote Preparation: Assist in preparing cost estimates and quotes for materials, labor, and equipment required for construction projects.
• Tender Submissions: Support in preparing tender documents, including technical specifications, bills of quantities, and other required documentation for tender submissions.
• Design and Drafting: Utilize CAD software to assist in the preparation of detailed designs, drawings, and specifications for construction projects.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare project documentation, reports, and progress updates for internal teams and clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 1 or 2 years in civil engineering or construction industry preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and other relevant engineering software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Skills in using Zoho Books, Oracle, Microsoft Projects, Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required.
• Knowledge of local construction codes, regulations, and permitting processes in the UAE is a plus.
• UAE driving license is a plus
