Job Summary:
The ideal candidate understands all aspects of chocolate making and production flow and must be from a similar chocolate production facility with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in creation and production of chocolates and confectionary as scheduled.
• Monitor overall product quality, complete required checks as well as associated daily production paperwork
• Assist in inventory assessment to determine production priorities
• Preparation of molded chocolates, enrobed bonbons, seasonal chocolate figurines and other chocolate-based desserts as needed.
• Manual tempering of chocolates to be done as required
• Clean tools, utensils, and other production equipment as needed
• Keep workspace, kitchen, and stockroom clean and well organized
• Clean and inspect equipment and work areas
• Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Follow all quality requirements as advised by the Executive chef and /or Q.C
• Other duties as assigned
• Able to balance many tasks and shift from one to another quickly
Qualifications
• 2+ years' experience in chocolate production
• Good organizational skills, passion for learning, desire to grow
• Good communication skills
• Team-friendly attitude with ability to work independently as needed
• Desire to mentor others and help them reach their full potential
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and cleaning standards
• Flexibility to work on holidays and weekends as needed

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Experience:
• Chocolate Assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
