Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Assistant Chef to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bakery operations and cake pre-mix. This role involves working closely with our Chef to innovate and refine our product offerings, as well as conducting demonstrations for both internal teams and external clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chef in developing and testing new cake pre-mix recipes.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to enhance product quality and consistency.
• Support bakery operations including production, baking, and packaging.
• Conduct product demonstrations for internal training and client presentations.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of recipes, ingredients, and production processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with procurement of baking ingredients and supplies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a bakery setting.
• Knowledge of cake pre-mix formulation and R&D processes.
• Strong understanding of baking techniques and procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and innovation.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
