Our client is a prominent global gifting company based in the UAE, recognized for its extensive range of innovative products and exceptional customer experiences.We are seeking a qualified Assistant Manager/Manager with a background in FMCG, Fashion, Homecare, E-Commerce, or Gifting industry. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company\'s management strategies and driving growth in the market, and overall market success.Responsibilities:
Drive and influence Digital Marketing to support category directives and strategies.
Surveys other websites, comparing product assets and merchandising functionality to our site.
Data analysis and reporting of web and e-commerce KPIs.
Accountability for daily, weekly and monthly business performance monitoring and reporting for his/her category to Senior Management.
Routinely working with and presenting to Senior Management.
Develop and implement category strategy to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
Collaborate across functions to drive business goals (including Marketing, Sales, Business Development and Operations).
Partner closely with merchants to develop and enhance our brand, site, and competitive positioning.
Maintain industry expertise.
Run daily/weekly/monthly reports related to sales and inventory.
Qualifications:
Experience spanning 4 to 9 years preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical thinking coupled with strategic acumen.
Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting techniques.
Solid knowledge of category management, marketing and sales principle.
Strong grasp of category management, marketing, and sales fundamentals.
Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
Proven experience as Category Manager or Assistant Category Manager or equivalent role.
Must have experience in FMCG, Fashion, Homecare, E- Commerce, or Gifting Industry.
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.Timings: Monday to Saturday (Alternative Saturdays Off).
