• Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with international and local suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and favourable terms. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms.

• Inventory & Order Management: Manage the ordering process for kidsxe2x80x99 furniture items. Monitor inventory levels to ensure products are available to meet customer demand and seasonal fluctuations.

• Pricing Strategy & Margin Management: Establish and maintain competitive pricing while ensuring acceptable profit margins. Collaborate with the finance team to monitor cost structures.

• Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis: Monitor the kidsxe2x80x99 furniture market to ensure the product range is relevant to changing customer demands. Track competitor offerings and adjust product lines accordingly.

• Product Launch & Promotion: Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies for new product launches. Work with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and product displays.

Requirements * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or similar fields.

• Experience: 4-6 years of experience in retail buying, category management, or sourcing in the furniture industry. Prior experience in kids' furniture or similar categories is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of kidsxe2x80x99 furniture, including design, functionality, and safety standards.

• Experience in vendor negotiation and relationship management.

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess trends, pricing, and market demands.
