Job Description
Overview: The Assistant Bar Manager will assist the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations, focusing on staff management, guest relations, and ensuring efficient service delivery.Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise bar and service staff, ensuring high standards of service.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stock control of beverages.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices and service excellence.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager on promotional activities and special events.
- Bachelors degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in bar management or a similar role.
- Proven strong leadership experience in bar operations.
- Organizational and multitasking skills to manage staff and operations efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficient in inventory management and financial reporting.
