Key Accountabilities
• Conduct Forensic audit referred by Manager - Forensic Audit, Director - Technical & Special Audit or Head of Internal Audit (Designated Whistle Blowing officer) in Forensic Assignment.
• Prioritize forensic assignment based on risk rating and urgency of work referred by Manager - Forensic Audit.
• Conduct Forensic investigation professionally and timely manner based on information received from Whistle blowing channel, or from management, or highlighted by financial and operational/Technical audit section.
• Plan the audit assignments including objectives and scope and the audit approach.
• Follow up the status of agreed due action plans to ensure proper implementation with the business owners.
• Recovery of overcharge, excess payment, revenue improvement, cost reduction
• Establish and retain effective working relationships with relevant stakeholders and communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Providing consultancy and support to other departments upon request for any inquires and clarification for issues related to their activities.
• Maintain current knowledge of developments related to business matters of interest to internal audit, particularly forensic Area and developments as they affect du, and new auditing techniques and practices.
• Professional development and knowledge sharing by developing professional skills, work as a team player, share knowledge, information, ideas and experience to assist the others.
• Validate observations with the business owners and obtain the action plans and timelines.
• Issuing detailed internal audit reports and summary presentations to the executive management via Manager Forensic Audit.
Qualifications
• Diploma Degree in Accounting
• Other studies related to audit will be an asset (i.e. CA and/or CPA and/or CIA and/or CFE).
Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in the field of internal audit (Telecom Audit and Forensic audit).
