The Department of Integrative Agriculture seeks to fill position in Poultry Management and Production at the level of Assistant/Associate Professor with teaching, research and community services responsibilities. Highly motivated candidates with a Ph.D. in Poultry Science, Management, and Production with experience in applied aspects of poultry sciences including nutrition, breeding, welfare, genetics, biosecurity, and physiology. The successful candidate is expected to develop a competitive and internationally visible research program in Poultry Sciences with emphases on Poultry Management and Production with distinct scholarly outcomes including publications and presentations. He/she should be able to maintain a consistently funded research program through internal and external/collaborative support. The candidate must develop and teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Poultry/Animal Science, supervise M.S. and Ph.D. students, advise departmental student organizations, and participate in appropriate professional and University services.Minimum QualificationApplicants must have a PhD in Poultry Management and Production or closely related areas. A proven track record of research, extramural research funding, impactful publications, graduate mentoring and undergraduate teaching are essential.Preferred Qualification
