We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Admin and Accounts to join our team. The successful candidate will support administrative operations, HR and manage accounting tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of the office and accurate financial record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general administrative duties including answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies.
• Schedule for Interviews.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Support payroll processing and employee expense reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in an administrative or accounting role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Those on a sponsored visa will be considered an advantage.

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
