Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Accounts Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Assist the Accounts Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting department. Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and collections. Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies. Assist in the development and implementation of accounting procedures and internal controls. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial analysis and support for business decisions. Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CA certification is preferred. 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
