The Main responsibilities of Asst. Accounts Manager include but not limited to: -
? Financial Reporting: - Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
? Accounting Operations: - Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger.
? Supervise and support the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
? Budgeting and Forecasting's: Monitor financial performance against the budget, analyses variances, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
? Audit and Tax: -Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion
? Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making, including cost analysis, profitability analysis, and cash flow management
? Vendor and Customer Relations: - Oversee credit and collection processes to maintain healthy cash flow and manage financial risks.
Qualifications: -
u Education: _ Master's / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
u Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounts management or a related role, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
u Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), SAP
u Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting. good
