We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant who has experience in UAE.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing and processing invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Handle administrative tasks related to the finance department.
• Provide support during audits and help ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the finance team.
Qualifications:
• Degree holder in accounting or finance is preferred.
• Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software
