TLM International FZE is a Value-Added Distributor of IT Hardware and Wi-Fi Networking Technology established in 1997. Currently we\'re looking for an Junior / Assistant Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.What We\'re Looking For:We are looking for a Junior/ Assistant Accountant to assist with various accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.RESPONSIBILITIES:Accounts Payable:Process invoices and ensure accurate coding and data entry
Prepare and process payment batches
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions
Accounts Receivable:Process customer invoices and payments
Apply cash receipts and maintain accurate records
Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable balances
Assist with collections efforts as needed
General Ledger:Assist with month-end closing procedures
Prepare journal entries and reconciliations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts
Assist with financial reporting and analysis as required
Other Duties:Support various ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
Maintain strict confidentiality of financial data and records
KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:Bachelor\'s degree in a related field
4+ years of experience as a Jr. Accountant
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
