We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant cum Admin to join our team. This dual-role position is crucial for maintaining our financial records and ensuring smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and administrative support, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:
• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensure compliance with established accounting standards and procedures.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and summaries.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate disbursements.
• Maintain and update fixed asset records.
Administrative Duties:
• Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
• Assist in the preparation of company documents, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff as required.
• Support HR functions, including maintaining employee records and assisting with recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with payroll processing and HR functions is a plus.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
