Assist with preparation of financial and statistical statements and reports
Assist Accounts Head for full set of Accounting.
Compile and prepare routine reports and summaries
Collecting payments and updating accounts payable and receivable records
In charge and assist of monthly and quarterly reports of payroll,
Ensure accounting records are updated and reconciled accurately and proper filing system.
Update FA Register, AR, AP, Inventory and Bank reconciliations.
To monitor all incoming and outgoing sales order.
To check all sales Invoice.
Proficient in administrative skills and capable of multitasking
Familiar with UAE Law and regulations
Experienced in handling manpower and personnel management.
Qualifications for Accounting Assistant
At minimum, an Associate\'s degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, or similar field. Bachelor\'s degree preferred. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience can be substituted.
1-2years of relevant, hands-on accounting experience
Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel/ Good computer skills with a knowledge of common book keeping and advanced spreadsheet programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Teamwork skills and attention of work to detail
Ability to work independently on assigned duties
Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines.
