Only Native Arabic Speaker can apply with Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, with a preference for experience in real estate or property management.

We are looking for Real Estate Accountant ( Native Arabic Speaker) for our company who will responsible for managing the financial operations of real estate properties, including the recording, tracking, and reporting of all financial transactions. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, real estate operations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

o Prepare and review financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports for real estate portfolios.

o Ensure financial statements are accurate and comply with accounting standards and regulations.

o Prepare and file real estate tax returns and other related filings.

o Ensure timely payment of property taxes and other government assessments.

o Stay current with changes in tax laws affecting real estate.

o Process invoices and vendor payments.

o Monitor and manage cash flow for properties and real estate projects.

o Coordination with developers for receivable commission

o Finalising the payroll.

o Handle petty cash

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, with a preference for experience in real estate or property management.
• Certifications: CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) preferred.
• Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of real estate accounting practices and financial regulations.
• Knowledge of property management systems and accounting software.
• Skills:
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients, tenants, and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
